ASCRS’ Corporate Partnership Philosophy:
The American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (ASCRS) recognizes the indispensable role that health care companies play in helping the Society to maintain its focus on colorectal surgery and enhancing the care that its members provide to patients.
As the leading professional organization in this field, the Society acknowledges that collaboration and partnership with industry is important. This cooperation gives sponsors and donors the opportunity to assist the Society with the development of best practices in treating diseases and disorders affecting the colon, rectum and anus, and in turn, helps to increase the visibility of the sponsor’s company and products to physicians involved in colon and rectal patient care.
Support Acknowledgment:
ASCRS corporate partners and sponsors receive prominent acknowledgment in a variety of ways depending on the program or event. Acknowledgment typically includes:
Ø Signage at sponsored event
Ø Recognition at the podium
Ø Listing in the Annual Meeting Convention Program Guide
Ø Presentation of a plaque at the opening session of the Scientific Program
Ø Corporate or product advertisement in sponsored publications
Premier Partner Program:
The ASCRS Premier Partner Program is designed to acknowledge the significant role that corporations play in furthering the mission of the Society. Through the program, corporations are honored as an ASCRS Premier Partner depending on the organization’s level of support. Companies providing unrestricted educational grants, charitable contributions and promotional sponsorships, which total $5,000 or above, will be recognized at the following levels:
- Diamond: $250,000 and above
- Platinum: $125,000 - $249,999
- Gold: $75,000 - $124,999
- Silver: $25,000 - $74,999
- Bronze: $5,000 – 24,999
