When requesting a speaker, please include the following information in your email:

·         Name of requesting institution

·         Contact name, email and telephone number

·         Requested speaker name and topic choices

·         Date and time options for the speaker (2-3 requested)

·         Information on any honoraria or travel reimbursement offered by your institution
