Background:

Dr. Paul Kovalcik will be retiring after practicing colon and rectal surgery since 1975.  He has had a solo practice since 1989 limited to colon and rectal surgery in Chesapeake, Virginia.  He has coverage with another colon and rectal surgeon.  Dr. Kovalcik would like to find a colon and rectal surgeon to continue his practice.
