Dr. Hirschman talks about establishing a section on Gastro-Enterology and Proctology, he emphasizes that the Proctologist of the present and of the future must be in position to aid every patiennt suffering from any condition interfering with the normal physiologic or anatomic activity of the intestinal tract.
