It was the Best of Times, it was the Worst of Times

President Labow gives a pep talk. The reality is that we probably will have little influence on the worst-of-times list. What we can accomplish on the best-of-times list is limited by our desire, by our determination, and by our belief in ourselves and in our specialty. It is time for us to know the differences between the two.
