Dr. Walter Fansler Presidential Address 1930

Dr. Fansler addresses proctology and quackery. There is a lot of dishonesty and ignorance in the specialty of proctology and Dr. Fansler says that we must interest capable and high principled men in the profession, so that every community may have a reputable proctologist available for consultation.
