Dr. William Kiger Presidential Address 1927

Dr. Kiger says that the Society should seek out the most competent and admit only those that we know to be fit; quality over quantity. Also, it is our duty to attend and contribute to the Section on Gastro-Enterology and Proctology of the American Medical Association.
